Michal Ciesielski ("we," "our," or "us") operates memory game mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Apps.

Data Collected by Apple Services:

Our Apps use the following Apple-provided services, which may collect data according to Apple's privacy policies:

• Game Center: If you choose to use Game Center features, Apple collects and manages your game scores, achievements, and leaderboard data according to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• In-App Purchases: All subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple collects and processes payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment details.
• App Store Analytics: Apple may collect anonymous usage statistics as described in their Privacy Policy.

Subscription Management

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may receive anonymous identifiers related to your purchase (such as a device ID), but this information is not linked to your personal identity. Local Data Storage

The Apps store game progress, scores, and settings locally on your device. This data:

• Remains on your device only
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the App
• May be synced via iCloud if you have iCloud enabled (managed by Apple)

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The Apps are suitable for all ages and do not require any personal information to function.

Our Apps use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
